Meiwo has already established wide cooperation with many well-known universities, institutions and museums all over the world. Professors and customers from Middle East, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil, Chile, Canada visited Meiwo for their orders including soft silicone anatomy models, high simulation anatomy models, animal plastinated specimens, science museum, anatomy software, etc. Welcome customers around the world visit us, and know more about us!

What are the Model Making Processes?
1. Sculpting
Combining the latest domestic medical textbooks and the latest international authoritative atlases, we create more subtle and unique realistic masterpieces according to the needs of customers, doctors and students. The sculptor uses food-grade fine clay to shape and sculpt, and the clay modeling is detailed and lifelike.
2. Manufacturing mold
Deploy the environmentally friendly silicone, repeat the silicone production several times on the carved shape, or cover with gauze to reinforce the mold, and finally fix the mold with plaster.
3. Color painting, fast curing
Mix food-grade silicone according to the proportion, fill the mold with colors according to the different colors of each organ, divide the layers, fill the colors layer by layer, maintain the corresponding thickness, and proceed to the next step after curing.
4. Filling foaming agent for large products
Pour an appropriate amount of foaming agent into the prototype mold of the product, and the product will be lighter and more textured, which is easier to teach and learn.
5. Mold closing, edge sealing, trimming and beautification
Pour silicone into the foamed product mold, fit the upper and lower parts of the product mold together, and fix them with plaster. After the product is formed, take it out for trimming and beautification, and an environmentally friendly, practical and beautiful model product is produced.
